Two Fall Concerts Delight Audiences

UVB’s September and October concerts offered both beautiful music and learning opportunities.  The Winds Across Europe Chamber Concert featured six virtuosic and charming musicians who enriched the program with historical insights. In addition to two performances, they did a special interactive session with the students and staff of New England School of the Arts (NESA).

In October, Baroque Celebrations brought together UVB’s chamber chorus and chamber orchestra in lively performances of Charpentier’s Te Deum, Vivaldi’s Gloria, and two of Handel’s anthems composed for special occasions.  The concerts attracted both returning and new listeners at the Chandler and at Claremont Opera House.
